Affordable housing crisis in our communities has become increasingly challenging. Many individuals face homelessness at times not because of lack of income, but because of systemic barriers such as Strict background checks, good rental history requirements, credit score thresholds, full rent for security deposits( two months rent at move-in) Co- signers in situations were most of these criteria are not met.
The focus is to target individuals with a steady income in SSI/SSDI VA Benefits and even earned income in some cases to provide affordable shared spaces
Through years of experience in Social Services, particularly working with survivors of domestic violence, homeless shelters and community outreach, the founders have witnessed the ongoing housing struggles of:

Adults seeking stability and independent living including veterans, seniors, returning citizens, and those on low or fixed incomes or at risk of homelessness.
Both shared and private rooms. All homes are fully furnished and drug- and alcohol-free, with reliable utilities and Wi-Fi included.
